• Account & checkout data: name, email address, and any billing details required by our payment processor.
• Communications: messages you send us via email, WhatsApp or support forms.
• Usage data: pages visited, device/browser type, approximate location, and interactions within our web apps, collected automatically to keep the service running smoothly.

We do not collect sensitive health data as part of account creation; any wellness information you choose to share with support is handled confidentially and only for the purpose of assisting you.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and grant access to your purchased program;
• To send transactional emails (access links, receipts, renewal notices);

• To maintain security, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations;
• To improve our programs and website based on aggregated usage patterns.

3. Legal Bases for Processing

Where applicable law requires a legal basis (e.g. under the GDPR, Brazil's LGPD or applicable U.S. state privacy laws), we rely on: performance of a contract (delivering the program you purchased), legitimate interests (support, security, service improvement), consent (for optional communications), and compliance with legal obligations (accounting and tax records).

4. Cookies & Similar Technologies

Our website may use essential cookies to keep you logged in and functional cookies to remember preferences. We may also use analytics tools to understand aggregate traffic patterns. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling essential cookies may affect your ability to log in.

5. Payment Processing & Third Parties

Payments are handled by third-party payment processors. We do not store full card numbers on our own servers. These processors have their own privacy policies governing how they handle your payment data. We may also use third-party tools for email delivery, hosting and customer support.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers who help us operate our business (payment processors, hosting, email delivery, support tools), and only to the extent necessary for them to perform their services, or when required by law.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal data for as long as necessary to provide our services, comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When no longer needed, data is deleted or anonymized.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at suport@iracemavieiracoelho.com.br.

9. Children's Privacy

1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Every one-time purchase from 27.891.958 Iracema Vieira Coelho is covered by a 7-day money-back guarantee, starting from the date of purchase. If the program isn't right for you, simply request a refund within 7 days and we will refund your payment in full — no complicated forms, no hard questions.

2. How to Request a Refund

3. Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider, and typically appears within 5–10 business days, though some card issuers may take longer to display the credit.

4. Cancelling a Subscription

If your program is billed on a recurring subscription, you may cancel at any time to stop future charges. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not automatically refund the current billing period unless it falls within the 7-day guarantee described above. To cancel, contact support with the email used at checkout, and we will confirm the cancellation date in writing.

5. Exceptions

• Refund requests made after the 7-day window may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, but are not guaranteed.
• Access that has been extensively used (e.g. the full course completed) close to the end of the guarantee period may be reviewed individually to prevent misuse of the guarantee.
• Promotional, discounted or bundled purchases may have specific terms disclosed at checkout, which take precedence over the general guarantee where applicable.

6. Chargebacks

If you have any issue with a purchase, please contact us first — most concerns are resolved quickly through direct support. Filing a chargeback with your bank without contacting us first can delay resolution and may result in temporary suspension of access while the dispute is investigated.
